Heroin was 1st synthesized legally from morphine (which came from opium) from the late 1800s. The Bayer Organization of Germany was the 1st to introduce heroin in the U.S. However, through the early 1900s habit and abuse ended up popular, and by 1924 federal regulation manufactured all heroin use un
